The Platform is an internal tool used only by our employees to create accounts and submit timesheets. It operates solely in British Columbia, Canada.

The Platform does not collect or process payment card information and does not provide paid plans or public services.

4. How We Use Personal Information
We collect and use employee personal information for purposes including:
- Creating and managing employee accounts
- Recording and processing work hours and timesheets

- Ensuring Platform security and performance

We do not sell or rent personal information and do not use it for advertising or unrelated purposes.
5. Service Providers and Where Data Is Stored
We use trusted service providers to operate the Platform:
- Netlify — hosts the website
- Supabase — provides database and authentication services
- Resend — sends system and notification emails
These providers may store or process data in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. Where data is stored outside BC, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We require service providers to protect personal information appropriately and use it only for authorized purposes.
6. Security Measures
We take reasonable safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. These measures include:
- Encrypted passwords
- Role-based administrative access
- Secure hosting environments
